Slowly getting back into the routine of regular physical activity, Thanks to the help of my next door neighbour who I have been walking with regularly. It's only just tonight during my swim that the vision of such positive impact and long term benefits of what I will gain if I can keep this up. If you stumble upon the post and you are looking to get back into sport. Make it a habit, and solidify it so that sport becomes you. Everything changes after you begin to push yourself towards your physical limits on a regular basis.
