Dog Walking
Walking my dog because I can and I have a pain in the leg that needs shaking.. But seriously; a lady that likes to join in with me sometimes for walking, is nearly 100 years old. Her daughter told me yesterday that her mother keeps young by walking :) so.. I guess that gives us hope for all of us. She is not on the computer but looks out for me when we go walking.
