Ex-serviceman looking to play Rugby League as a means of maintaining friendships, formed the Bondi United Club in 1946.

Since this humble beginning the club has had a proud and successful history fielding teams every year for the past 63 years.Many outstanding players have passed through the club's ranks including internationals Ferris Ashton, Ray Bevan,Kevin Junee, John Mayes, John Peard and Paul Dunn as well as recent Sydney Roosters star and record holder, Luke Ricketson.

Bondi United is the most successful Roosters junior club, winning 19 club championships and 120 individual premierships.

Over the years the club has evolved to take an important role in the community.

We also provide competitive sporting outlets for our parents, fielding teams in women's netball and basketball, mixed touch football and tag football competitions.

Our swimming club continues to be the biggest social group competing at Bondi Baths every Sunday morning during the summer season. Everyone from toddlers to seniors is welcome to share in the fun and games.
